ご注文後7日以内といたします。ご注文後７日間ご入金がない場合は、購入の意思がないものとし、注文を自動的にキャンセルとさせていただきます。
Please complete the payment in 7days after order. In the case which the payment doesn’t complete in 7days, we believe you do not want to buy our products, so your order is automatically cancelled.

引渡し時期
Delivery time

入金確認後、プリント・額装をしておりますので３週間ほどかかります。
土日・祝日はお休みのため、平日の営業になります。
We start printing and framing after we check the payment completed, it takes about 3 weeks. Only weekdays.

返品・交換について
Return and Exchange

オーダーメイドのため、ご注文後のキャンセル、返品、交換は受け付けておりません。
ただし、配送途中での欠陥によるものや、製品不良は交換させていただきます。
到着後5日間以内にご連絡下さい。
Sorry, we do not accept any cancel, return and exchange after the order because all of our products are completely order made. Defects in delivery and product defect are not this limit.
